Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers the skills-only release of Complex Enough, whose stable technical identifier is orchestrate-multi-perspective-panel, and the informational website at complexenough.com. It does not cover a future GUI, MCP server, hosted application, account system, or telemetry service.

2. Plugin data behavior

The plugin package contains instructions, schemas, and deterministic local validators. It does not operate a publisher-controlled server, create a publisher account, authenticate users, set cookies, run publisher analytics, or include publisher telemetry.

The publisher does not receive or retain prompts, role definitions, meeting artifacts, imported role-positioning text, repository contents, or validator output through this skills-only package. Information supplied to ChatGPT, Codex, or another compatible host is processed by that host under the user's agreement with the host provider.

Imported role-positioning text is normalized inside the active host workflow. Public meeting results exclude raw imported prompts, hidden reasoning, private scratch work, raw internal messages, and panelist transcripts.

3. Local files

Repository scripts may read the skill source and user-selected local artifact paths to validate or package files. They write only to explicit local targets. The skills-only release does not transmit those files to a publisher-controlled service.

4. Website and support data

The website does not use publisher-operated analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies. It may be hosted by GitHub Pages, whose infrastructure may process ordinary request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, and timestamp under GitHub's own privacy terms.

If you contact support, the publisher receives the email address, message, and attachments you choose to send. Support mail is handled through Google Workspace. Do not send passwords, API keys, access tokens, or unrelated personal data. Support correspondence is retained only as reasonably needed to resolve and document the request, ordinarily for no longer than 24 months, and may be retained longer when required for security, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or law.

5. Sharing and sale

The publisher does not sell personal information. Support information is disclosed only to service providers needed to operate email or hosting, when you direct the publisher to do so, or when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.

6. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information contained in publisher-controlled support records by emailing support@complexenough.com. The publisher will respond as required by applicable law and may need to retain limited records for security or legal obligations.

7. Children

Complex Enough is a planning and decision-support tool for users authorized to use its host product. The publisher does not knowingly collect children's personal information through the plugin or website.

8. Changes

This policy will be updated before a release adds a GUI that collects data, an MCP server, remote storage, authentication, analytics, or other publisher-controlled processing. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date.
