Terms of Use
1. Acceptance and scope
These terms apply to your use of the Complex Enough skills-only plugin and its informational website. By using the plugin, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
2. Open-source license
The plugin source and packaged skill are provided under the Apache License 2.0. The distributed license governs copyright and patent permissions, conditions, and software warranty disclaimers. These terms do not replace or narrow those open-source permissions.
3. Host services
Use of ChatGPT, Codex, GitHub, or another host remains subject to your agreement with that provider. Complex Enough does not provide a separate hosted application or user account in its current skills-only release.
4. Intended use and responsibility
Complex Enough helps structure planning, design, review, and decision support. Its simulated professional and end-user perspectives are generated analytical lenses. They are not real stakeholders, user research, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, security certification, or a substitute for the authority required to approve consequential decisions.
You are responsible for verifying important evidence, protecting confidential information, respecting third-party rights, following applicable policies and law, and obtaining required human or organizational approval before acting on a result.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Complex Enough to violate law, infringe rights, bypass authorization, expose secrets or personal data, misrepresent generated perspectives as real research or professional certification, or imply endorsement by OpenAI or another third party.
6. Support, availability, and changes
Support is provided on a best-effort basis without a guaranteed response or resolution time. The publisher may update, suspend, or discontinue distributed versions. Material behavior changes are documented in the public changelog where practicable.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPLEX ENOUGH, ITS WEBSITE, AND RELATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THE APACHE LICENSE 2.0 DISCLAIMER ALSO APPLIES TO THE LICENSED SOFTWARE.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PUBLISHER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE COMPLEX ENOUGH. RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED REMAIN UNAFFECTED.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory law, the Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance for disputes arising from these terms or Complex Enough.
10. Language and changes
The English and Traditional Chinese versions are provided for accessibility. If they differ, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law. Changes will be identified by a new effective date.
